RANCAH POST – Microsoft telah meluncurkan smartphone mid-range terbarunya, Lumia 640 dan Lumia 640 XL. Pasar pertama yang disinggahi untuk kedua handset adalah India, dimana harga Lumia 640 dibanderol INR11.999 atau setara Rp2,4 jutaan, sedangkan harga Lumia 640 XL dilego sekitar INR15.799 atau sekira Rp4,8 jutaan. Ponsel Lumia 640 juga tersedia di Inggris, dimana dibanderol harga £169,99 atau sekitar Rp3,2 jutaan.
Sebagaimana diketahui, Microsoft Lumia 640 memiliki bentang layar 5 inci dengan resolusi 720p, didukung oleh prosesor quad-core Snapdragon 400. Fitur lain dari Lumia 640 ini termasuk kamera di bagian belakang 8 megapiksel, kamera menghadap depan 1 megapiksel, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB memori internal yang dapat diupgrade, dan unit baterai 2500 mAh.

Sementara itu, Microsoft Lumia 640 XL juga didukung oleh prosesor Snapdragon 400, namun ponsel hadir lebih besar dibanding Lumia 640, memiliki bentang layar 5,7 inci dengan resolusi 720p dan kapasitas baterai 3000 mAh. Lumia 640 XL juga memiliki kamera belakang 13 megapiksel dan kamera menghadap ke depan 5 megapiksel. Kedua ponsel anyar Lumia ini menjalankan OS Windows Phone 8.1, dan akan diperbarui ke Windows 10.
